Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are subject to change without notice.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days depending on destination. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an order has shipped.

Geographic Restrictions

Free Swim ships to states where hemp-derived THC beverages are permitted under applicable law. Availability is subject to change as laws and regulations evolve. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders placed from restricted jurisdictions. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that hemp-derived THC products are legal in their jurisdiction prior to ordering.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@drinkfreeswim.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work to make it right.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement, please allow 5 business days past your estimated delivery date before contacting us, as carriers occasionally experience delays in delivery scans. If your package is still unaccounted for after that window, reach out to us at support@drinkfreeswim.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Delivery Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A signature may be required upon delivery.
